【摘 要】 目的：对比分析二维超声动态观察与单次检查在黄体血肿诊断中的临床符合率。方法：回顾总结本院2017年1月至2018年9月100例超声疑诊黄体血肿的患者，随机分为动态超声检查组(研究组)和单次超声检查组(对比组)，在月经中后期进行二维超声检查，比较二者临床符合率，并进行统计学分析。结果：研究组的临床符合率为96.00%，对比组临床符合率为66.00%，比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：通过短时间内二维超声动态观察，紧密结合临床及患者月经周期，可以明显提高黄体血肿诊断符合率，具有显著的临床意义。

    [Abstract] Objective：To compare and analyze the clinical coincidence rate of two-dimensional ultrasound dynamic observation and single examination in the diagnosis of corpus luteum hematoma. Methods： 100 cases of suspected luteal hematoma diagnosed by ultrasound in our hospital from January 2017 to September 2018 were retrospectively summarized.
