【摘 要】药物对疾病有治疗作用，但也可引起机体的不良反应，甚至造成不同程度的损害，特别是对肾脏。本文从药源性肾脏病的发病机制、危险因素、主要临床表现、诊断、治疗原则及预防几个方面进行阐述，旨在提醒临床医生谨慎、合理用药，控制和减少药物的不良反应和毒副作用的发生。
