     综上所述，我们对E2F-1、CyclinD1等多种细胞周期调控因子在BTCC表达情况的研究过程中发现：E2F-1和CyclinD1均参与膀胱移行细胞癌的发生和发展；

    E2F-1和CyclinD1的高表达可以作为膀胱移行细胞癌早期诊断的标志。但它们参与BTCC发生发展的确切机制有待进一步研究。
