【摘要】目的 讨论综合康复护理对老年冠心病负性情绪、心功能及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2017年6月～2018年6月我院收治的老年冠心病患者94例作为研究对象，将其随机分为常规组与研究组，常规组予以常规护理，研究组实施综合康复护理，对比护理效果。结果 研究组患者生活质量优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，且患者2月内出现心力衰竭、心率失常以及心梗再发的概率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对老年冠心病患者实施综合康复护理，能够提高生活质量，预后良好，值得我院进行推广。
