【摘要】目的 分析冠心病合并糖尿病护理中多样性护理的应用效果。方法 选取我院2016年12月～2018年1月收治的冠心病合并糖尿病患者124例，将124例患者采用随机数字表法分成多样组(n=62例)与常规组(n=62例)，对多样组患者实施多样性护理干预，常规组患者开展基础护理干预，将两组患者心绞痛发生情况及血糖水平改善情况进行比对。结果 多样组患者心绞痛发生情况、餐后2h血糖、空腹血糖水平与常规组临床数据比对，两组数据比对；差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 多样性护理在冠心病合并糖尿病患者中应用，可以降低患者心绞痛发生几率，控制患者血糖数值，改善患者临床病症。
