[摘要] 目的 探讨MRI在踝关节X线隐性骨折诊断中的应用价值。 方法 选取64例X线平片显示为阴性的可疑为X线隐性骨折患者作为研究对象，所有患者均行X线平片和MRI(磁共振成像)检查，比较MRI临床检查对X线隐性骨折检出率。 结果 经MRI检查，有61例显示为骨损伤阳性，占95.31%。 结论 对于临床可疑踝关节骨折的患者应用MRI检查，能检出X线未检出的隐匿性骨折，并对骨折涉及范围及关节软骨、韧带软组织等的附加损伤情况的诊断较为准确，其临床应用价值较高，值得推广。
