[摘要] 目的 探讨血常规检验中不同采血方法对检测结果的影响。 方法 回顾性分析我院2011年1月~2013年7月250例常规体检患者的临床资料，依据采血方法不同将其中进行末梢采血的98例患者标记为对照组，另152例进行静脉采血标记为观察组。 结果 观察组WBC平均水平低于对照组(P<0.05)；RBC、PLT、Hct、MCHC、MCV平均水平观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 不同的采血方法产生的检测结果有较大差异性，而静脉血的检验结果有更高的临床价值，应积极推广采集静脉血检测血常规。
