[摘要] 目的 分析鼻内窥镜下慢性泪囊炎泪囊鼻腔造口术的临床疗效。 方法 采用鼻内窥镜下鼻腔泪囊造口术治疗慢性泪囊炎患者60例，随访6个月。 结果 鼻内窥镜下鼻腔泪囊造口术治疗慢性泪囊炎总有效率为98.3%。 结论 鼻内窥镜下鼻腔泪囊造口术疗效满意，是治疗慢性泪囊炎的一种理想方法。

    Clinical effect of dacryocystorhinostomy in endoscopic for chronic dacryocystitis

    [Abstract] Objective To study the effect of dacryocystorhinostomy in endoscopic for chronic dacryocystitis. Methods 60 patients with chronic dacryocystitis were followedg up 6 monthes after dacryocystorhinostomy in endoscopic,and then analysed the effective rate. Results The effective rate of dacryocystorhinostomy in endoscopic for chronic dacryocystitis was 98.3%. Conclusion Dacryocystorhinostomy in endoscopic is an effective approaches for chronic dacryocytitis.
