老年人认知状况及相关因素P300电位的临床研究

[摘要] 目的 探讨P300电位测定在评估老年人认知功能状态中的价值。方法 对62名较高学历老年人和60名较低学历老年人分别进行P300电位测定和认知能力筛查实验，并将测定结果加以比较。结果 低学历组的P300电位成分中N2、P3波潜伏期延长及P3波幅降低，与高学历老年人组存在显著性差异(P<0.01)；认知能力筛查实验测定9个因子分数及总分显示：低学历组均低于高学历组，两组存在显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论 P300电位可以作为评价老年人认知功能状况的一项客观指标。
