    【摘要】 目的：观察针灸治疗呃逆的临床疗效。方法：把呃逆分为5种证型，分别主穴配穴配伍，运用0.25X40mm毫针。毫针刺入穴位后，提插捻转得气，留针30分钟，每隔10分钟行针一次，每日一次，每5次一个疗程。3个疗程后统计治疗效果。结果：总有效率93.33%。结论：针灸治疗呃逆疗效显著。

    【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of singultus treatment with acupuncture. Methods:Devide singultus symptoms into 5 types and utilize acupuncture respectively to the main and matching acupoint with concerted appillations. Use 0.25X40mm filiform needle. After piercing into the acupoint, the filiform should be raised, inserted, and twisted, then be remained for 30 minutes, during which the needle should be adjusted once every 10 minutes. One treating period includes 5 treatment, and 1 treatment is once a day. Statistical calculation was done after 3 treating period. Results: Total efficacy rate is 93.33%.Conlusion: The efficacy of singultus treatment is significant.
