【摘要】目的:探讨洁净手术室与消毒供应中心一体化管理的临床效果。方法:将洁净手术室和消毒供应中心进行一体化设计、建设,手术物品流通采用洁污“双通道”原则。结果:正式运行2年多,减轻了手术室护士工作强度,提高了手术配合质量;资源共享,提高了手术器械的清洗灭菌质量。结论:洁净手术室与消毒供应中心实行一体化管理模式,有利于手术室感染控制质量的不断提高,合理使用人力资源,提高了手术室和消毒供应中心护士的专业素质,是一种新型的管理模式。

    【Abstract】Objective: To study the clinical effect of unifiedmanagement of sterilization and supply center with clean operating room.methods: Operating Room and sterilization and supply center were integrated in the design and construction of the new surgical building. Surgical devices circulation were guided by the principal of dual-channel.Results:The unified management has been practiced for a period oftwo years. It reduced the working intensity ofnurses working in the operatingroomand improved the quality of surgery assistance. To share resources can promote quality of washing and sterilization of operating equipment.Conclusion:The unified management of operating room with sterilization and supply centercan improve the quality of hosipital infection control and make better utilization of nurse source and enhance professional qualities of nurses working in the operating room and nurses working in the sterilization and supply center,which is a new management model. ......
