【摘要】 关于复杂性肾结石的治疗方式较多，各有其优劣性，如何选择可获得最佳治疗效果，尚无具体循证医学证据。本文就复杂性肾结石的开放式手术、微创手术、联合手术三类手术疗法的应用适应证及疗效做一综述，以供手术医师参考。
