阿什里德培训模式联合PBL在新入职护士规范化培训中的应用研究(1)

     【摘要】 目的:探讨阿什里德培训模式联合PBL在新入职护士规范化培训中的效果评价。方法:将扬州大学附属医院2017年8月-2018年8月新入职护士60例作为研究对象,利用随机数字表法将其随机分为对照组和试验组,各30例。两组均采取分段式臨床护理能力培训,对照组采用传统讲授法进行培训;试验组在此基础上采用阿什里德培训模式联合PBL教学模式进行培训。培训结束后对两组新入职护士进行护理理论基础知识、护理操作技能考核,并采用问卷星评价中国注册护士核心能力得分。结果:试验组培训后护理理论基础知识、护理操作技能考核成绩均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组培训后各项核心能力得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿什里德培训模式联合PBL教学模式在新入职护士规范化培训中可较好地提高新入职护士的护理理论及护理操作技能,提高中国注册护士的总核心能力。

    【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effect of Ashrid training mode combined with PBL in the standardized training of new nurses.Method:A total of 60 newly-employed nurses from Yangzhou University Affiliated Hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,30 persons each.Both groups were trained in segmented clinical nursing ability,and the control group was trained by traditional teaching methods.On the basis of this,the experimental group used the Ashrid training model and the PBL teaching model for training.After the training,the two groups of new nurses were given basic knowledge of nursing theory and nursing operation skills assessment,and the questionnaire star was used to evaluate the core competence score of Chinese registered nurses.Result:After training,the basic knowledge of nursing theory and the examination results of nursing operation skills in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the core ability after training in the test group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ashrid training mode combined with PBL teaching mode can improve the nursing theory and nursing operation skills of new nurses in the standardized training of new nurses,and improve the total core competence of Chinese registered nurses.

    新入职护士规范化培训是指护士在完成护理专业院校基础教育所接受的护理专业化培训,是护生向护士转变角色的第一步。2016年,国家卫计委发放的通知《新入职护士培训大纲(试行)》将新入职护士规范化培训的重要性提升到新的高度[1],也被比作护理人才培养的“摇篮工程”[2]。近年来,随着医疗发展的日新月异,护理学科也发展为一级学科,人才的培养显得尤其重要。尽管新入职护士规范化培训的模式、方法、内容、评价与考核方式等有了重要的发展[3-6],但是我国护理教育存在多层次的特点,新入职护士的综合素质参差不齐,尤其表现在临床实践能力方面较欠缺,以致我国目前尚无统一、规范的新入职护士规范化培训体系。如何高效对新入职护士进行培训,是护理管理中亟待解决的问题。本研究采用阿什里德培训模式联合PBL教学模式对新入职护士进行培训,旨在提高新入职护士的临床核心能力,效果满意,现报道如下。, 百拇医药(周艳 胡艺 焦云根)
