预防性使用他汀类药物对脑梗死患者预后的影响(1)
【摘要】 目的：观察与研究预防性使用他汀类药物对脑梗死患者预后的影响。方法：选取2016年6月-2018年1月笔者所在医院诊治的60例脑梗死患者为研究对象，将患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。对照组进行常规脑梗死治疗，观察组则在对照组的基础上加用他汀类药物进行治疗。比较两组患者不同时间的复发率、治疗前后的Barthel指数评分。结果：观察组治疗后3、6、9、12个月的复发率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，治疗前两组的Barthel指数评分比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，治疗后不同时间观察组的Barthel指数评分均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：预防性使用他汀类药物对脑梗死患者预后的影响较好，在脑梗死患者中具有较高的临床应用价值。

【Abstract】 Objective：To observe and study the influence of preventive application of statins for the prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction.
Method：From June 2016 to January 2018，60 patients with cerebral infarction were selected as the study object，and the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group，each group respectively included 30 cases.The control group was treated with routine treatment of cerebral infarction，the observation group was treated with statins on the basic treatment of the control group.Then the recurrence rates at different time，Barthel index score before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Result：The recurrence rates of observation group at 3rd，6th，9th and 12th month after the treatment were lower than those of control group，the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05)，the Barthel index score of two groups before the treatment were compared，the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05)，the Barthel index score of observation group after the treatment were all better than those of control group，the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion：The influence of preventive application of statins for the prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction are better，and its clinical application value in the patients with cerebral infarction are higher.

腦梗死在我国临床具有极高的发病率，与脑梗死相关的研究较多，其中梗死后的预后改善与复发控制是临床干预的重点之一。而血管功能状态作为与本类患者复发情况及循环状态等多个方面密切相关的方面，其在脑梗死患者中的改善需求相对较高[1]。临床中关于脑梗死后的治疗研究多见，其中他汀类药物在本类患者中具有较高的应用比例的同时，对于血管内皮状态的改善效果研究也多见，但是其对患者预后的细致影响研究不足，故认为关于他汀类药物在脑梗死患者中的全面细致研究极为必要。本研究就预防性使用他汀类药物对脑梗死患者预后的影响进行观察与研究，结果报道如下。, 百拇医药(袁丹 李健飞 陈日坚)
