集束化护理在血液净化伴消化道出血患者的临床效果(1)
【摘要】 目的：分析血液净化治疗期间出现消化道出血症状的患者接受集束化护理干预的临床效果。方法：选取2015年11月-2017年11月接受血液净化治疗期间出现消化道出血症状的患者78例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组39例。对照组实施常规血液净化护理;观察组实施集束化护理干预。结果：观察组患者消化道出血症状消失时间(3.67±0.85)d、治疗总时间(14.27±2.06)d，短于对照组的(6.81±1.24)、(19.73±3.64)d，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理服务的总满意度为94.9%，高于对照组的76.9%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组发生不良事件仅有2例，少于对照组的8例，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：血液净化治疗期间出现消化道出血症状的患者接受集束化护理干预，能够减少不良事件，在短时间内控制症状，从而缩短治疗时间，提高患者满意度。

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of cluster nursing intervention on patients with gastrointestinal bleeding during blood purification treatment.Method：A total of 78 patients with digestive tract bleeding were randomly divided into control group and observation group from November 2015 to November 2017.The control group carried out routine blood purification nursing，the observation group carried out cluster nursing intervention.Result：The total time of digestive tract bleeding was (3.67±0.85)d，and the total time of treatment was (14.27±2.06)d，which were shorter than the control group of (6.81±1.24)d
and (19.73±3.64)d，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of nursing service in observation group was 94.9%，higher than 76.9% in control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were only 2 cases of adverse events occurred in the observation group，which was less than 8 cases in the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion：The patients with gastrointestinal bleeding symptoms during blood purification therapy treated with cluster nursing intervention can reduce the adverse events，control the symptoms in a short time，thus shorten the treatment time，and improve the satisfaction of patients.

血液透析属于近些年来在我国临床医学界应用较为广泛的一种肾脏替代治疗方法，在接受透析治疗的患者中，并发出现消化道出血症状的人数相对较多，该类患者的治疗和护理工作均较为烦琐，随时都会有诱发产生其他感染事件的可能[1-3]。如何有效防止不良事件的出现，在最大程度上保证患者在治疗期间的安全，使治疗达到预期效果，提高患者的满意度，已经成为近年来临床及相关领域所研究的一项重点课题[4-5]。本文分析血液净化治疗期间出现消化道出血症状的患者接受集束化护理干預的临床效果，现汇报如下。, 百拇医药(韩伟 李晓婷 杨小玲)
