【摘要】目的对比分析分别使用齐拉西酮胶囊和利培酮治疗精神分裂症的效果。方法选取2010年6月～2011年5月笔者所在医院收治的精神分裂症患者86例，并随机均分为观察组和对照组，分别行齐拉西酮胶囊和利培酮治疗。结果治疗后，两组患者治疗效果短期内比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，但治疗8周后观察组患者阴性症状明显较对照组低，阳性症状明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，两组精神病理和总分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；两组患者不良反应症状轻微，观察组不良反应明显少于对照组(P<0.05)，其中锥体外系反应明显较对照组少(P<0.05)，且未发生月经改变、体重增加现象。结论齐拉西酮胶囊在治疗精神分裂症方面具有较好的疗效且更安全有效、不良反应少。
