【摘要】目的观察半夏泻心汤加味治疗胆汁反流性胃炎临床疗效。方法70例胆汁反流性胃炎患者随机分成治疗组和对照组，每组35例，其中对照组用多潘立酮片、泮托拉唑肠溶胶囊及胶体果胶铋胶囊治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上辨证加用半夏泻心汤治疗，15 d为1个疗程，2个疗程后观察两组临床症状缓解及疗效情况。结果治疗后治疗组在胃脘痛、恶心呕吐、腹胀、口苦、嗳气泛酸等症状积分方面均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗组的临床总有效率为91.43%，对照组总有效率为71.43%，治疗组优于对照组，两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论半夏泻心汤加味配合常规西药治疗胆汁反流性胃炎相比单纯运用西药治疗疗效更加明显，值得临床推广应用。
