临床健康教育路径在化疗患者中的作用探讨

【摘要】目的探讨临床路径应用于化疗患者健康教育的效果。方法将80例化疗患者随机分成路径组和非路径组，各40例。路径组按临床路径实施健康教育，非路径组实施传统的健康教育，比较两组患者化疗相关知识和健康技能掌握情况及满意度情况。结果路径组健康教育知识达标率、护理质量满意率、患者生活质量评价明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将临床护理路径应用于化疗患者的健康教育，保证了临床健康教育的连续性、完整性与计划性，规范了患者的护理行为，既提高了护理质量，又提高了患者的生活质量。
