3.3治疗与预后目前对NVM尚无特殊性的治疗措施，主要针对各种并发症对症治疗，心脏移植为最终途径。有临床症状者较无症状者预后差。最常见的死因是室性心律失常和心力衰竭，死亡的高危因素则是心房纤颤等。因此及时诊断十分关键，有利于临床及时治疗，延长患者生存期，降低病死率。
