被服加温对甲亢患者术后寒战的影响

【摘要】目的明确术后应用被服加温对择期甲状腺功能亢进(甲亢)手术患者术后寒战的影响，为临床术后患者应用加温被服提供依据。方法选择择期行甲亢手术患者88例，随机分为试验组和对照组。两组患者手术种类、麻醉方式、个体情况无差异，室内温度维持在22 ℃~25 ℃。试验组采用加温的被服保暖，对照组采用常温下的被服保暖。观察术后寒战及寒冷不适情况。结果对照组患者术后寒战及寒冷不适感发生率明显高于试验组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论甲亢患者术后给予加温被服保暖可以有效减少术后寒战的发生率及减少患者的寒冷不适感。
