【摘要】 通过对宫缩过强导致相关组织(子宫螺旋动脉、绒毛组织及血管内皮细胞)被牵拉损伤的研究，对宫缩损伤性血压升高可能是子痫发作的决定因素的研究，并就其两者关系进行探讨，认为宫缩过强与子痫发作之间呈因果关系。
