【摘要】 目的：探讨根因分析法(RCA)在神经内科患者基本生活活动能力(BADL)评估管理中的应用及效果。方法：运用RCA剖析导致神经内科患者BADL评估缺陷的近端原因和根本原因，制定并落实整改措施，评价运用RCA的效果。结果：运用RCA整改后神经内科患者BADL评估缺陷发生率低于整改前，比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论：RCA是减少神经内科患者BADL评估缺陷的有效方法。
