【摘要】 目的：了解农村家庭口腔健康状况，评估口腔健康干预效果。方法：采用简单随机抽样的方法，用国家卫计委制定的量表分别在口腔干预前后对200户共计729人进行口腔健康调查。结果：干预前，龋齿填充率、早晚刷牙率、家长经常帮助儿童刷牙率分别1.68%、10.56%和26.90%；干预后，龋齿填充率显著性提高，口腔健康知、信、行显著性改善，比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在农村社区开展口腔健康教育，有利提高农村居民口腔健康知、信和行，改善农村居民口腔健康。
