    【摘要】 目的 观察前牙根折复位后用全牙列颌垫固定的临床效果。方法 局麻下将牙齿复位，丝线悬吊缝合固定。取印模，制作全牙列颌垫，戴入患者口内，调颌，定期复查，拍摄X线片。结果 所有患者经过2～3年的临床观察，年轻恒牙91%的患者达到临床愈合，牙齿继续发育，根尖孔形成，牙根周围硬骨板完整，无根内外吸收。结论 年轻恒牙经过适当治疗，可以保存活髓，牙根继续发育，保留患牙。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the curing effect of root fracture in immature permanent incisors by occlusal palate.Methods Under local anesthesia,the injured tooth was repositioned and sutured. occlusal palate was mad and put into the mouth,protect the injured tooth from biting,revisit periodically and take x-ray each time.Results All tooth were observed from two to three years,27 tooth show root formation with apex closure and intact lamina dura,no inner or outer root resorption occurred.the success rate was 93.1%.Conclusion Occlusal pad is a good method for root fracture in immature permanent incisors,it is promising to preserve vital pulp and continue the root development. ......
