多维度健康教育在老年瘙痒症患者中的应用(1)

     [摘要]目的 探討多维度健康教育在老年瘙痒症患者中的应用。方法 选取2018年11月~2019年12月我院收治的80例老年瘙痒症患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组各40例。两组患者均予以常规药物治疗,对照组患者接受常规性健康教育,观察组患者在对照组的基础上接受多维度健康教育。两组患者均连续干预2周后,比较两组的知识掌握度、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及护理满意度。结果 干预后,观察组患者的知识掌握度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者的HAMA、SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对老年瘙痒症患者实施多维度健康宣教可提高患者疾病知识掌握度,降低患者焦虑、抑郁水平,提高护理满意度。

    Application of multi-dimensional health education in senile patients with pruritus

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the application of multi-dimensional health education in senile patients with pruritus. Methods A total of 80 patients with senile pruritus who were admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to December 2019 were selected as research objects. They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. Both of the two groups were given routine drug treatment, the control group received routine health education, and the observation group received multi-dimensional health education based on the control group. After 2 weeks of intervention, the mastering degree of knowledge, Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA), self-rating depression scale (SDS) scores and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the mastering degree of knowledge score of patients in observation group was higher than that in control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). After intervention, the HAMA and SDS scores of patients in observation group were lower than those in control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). After intervention, the total nursing satisfaction of patients in observation group was higher than that in control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Multi-dimensional health education for patients with senile pruritus can increase mastering degree of knowledge, decrease the levels of anxiety and depression, and increase nursing satisfaction.
