[摘要]目的 探讨综合保温体系对新生儿开腹术低体温的影响。方法 分析我院2017年1月～2018年2月收治的100例新生儿开腹术病例临床资料，依据是否实施综合保温体系分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例)。对照组未使用综合保温体系，观察组采用综合保温体系。观察两组新生儿的低体温率、围术期并发症情况。结果 观察组新生儿的低体温发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿的围术期并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在新生儿开腹术中应用综合保温体系可以降低低体温率、围术期并发症发生率，值得临床推广应用。
