6小結

    近年来IL-22作为一种新型的细胞因子，在自身免疫性疾病中的研究备受关注，虽然关于IL-22在结缔组织病中的作用还有许多要探讨，进一步深入及扩大样本研究，特别是在人类系统，全面探讨IL-22在结缔组织病中的具体机制，可为未来结缔组织的治疗提供新的思路。
