临床护理路径在消化性溃疡患者中的应用(1)
[摘要]目的 研究对消化性溃疡患者在治疗期间采用临床护理路径(CNP)实施护理的应用效果。方法 选取2016年6月～2017 年5月我院收治的消化性溃疡患者86例作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其将其分为对照组、试验组，每组43例。对照组患者在治疗期间采用常规护理，试验组患者在治疗期间采用CNP模式进行护理，比较两组的治疗效果、护理满意度、患者对疾病知识的掌握程度、住院天数、住院费用。结果 两组患者的治疗效果比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组的护理总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的消化性溃疡相关知识掌握度平均得分为(8.7±1.2)分，高于对照组的(7.9±1.1)分，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的平均住院时间短于对照组，平均住院总费用低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 对消化性溃疡患者在治疗期间采用CNP进行护理，能有效提高护理满意度，缩短住院时间和降低住院费用，值得在临床应用中推广。

[Abstract]Objective To study the application effect of clinical nursing pathway (CNP) in patients with peptic ulcer.Methods Eighty patients with peptic ulcer admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the research object，and were divided into control group and experimental group with 43 cases in each group by random number table method.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing during the treatment while patients in the experimental group were given clinical nursing path mode during the treatment. The nursing satisfaction，patients'mastery of disease knowledge，hospitalization days，hospitalization expenses and treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).The total satisfaction degree of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average score (8.7±1.2)of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(7.9±1.1)，with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The average hospitalization time of the patients in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group，and the average total hospitalization expense was lower than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway for patients with peptic ulcer can effectively improve nursing satisfaction，shorten hospitalization days and reduce hospitalization expenses， which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.

消化性潰疡是指发生于胃和十二指肠的慢性溃疡[1]，是一种常见、多发的消化系统疾病。个人饮食习惯、卫生知识、情绪等因素都对消化性溃疡的发生和发展有影响，而且消化性溃疡一般病史较长，症状不典型，容易复发，因此在治疗过程中恰当的护理措施和患者教育对治疗效果能起到很好的协同作用[2]。临床护理路径(CNP)源于工业质量管理体系，在临床上得到应用后作为针对住院患者的一种护理模式和方法，经过30多年的摸索和发展，其理论框架和实践技术得到了更充分的发展，在国内外也被了广泛应用[3-4]。本研究就CNP在消化性溃疡患者中的应用效果进行观察，现报道如下。, http://www.100md.com(赵美丽 褚伟红 金吉平)
