经阴道和开腹手术实施子宫肌瘤剔除术的效果比较

[摘要] 目的 比较经阴道和开腹手术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。 方法 选择本院的200例子宫肌瘤患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各100例。对照组给予开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术，观察组给予经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术。观察两组患者的手术情况。 结果 两组的手术时间、术中出血量比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组的术后首次排气时间早于对照组，观察组的住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗效果显著，创伤小、术后恢复快、术后并发症少，值得临床借鉴。

[Abstract] Objective To compare the clinical effect of the operation via vagina and laparotomy performed in hysteromyoma. Methods 200 patients with hysteromyoma were selected and randomly divided into the observation group (n=100) and the control group (n=100).The control group was given abdominal myomectomy,the observation group was treated by transvaginal myomectomy.The operation condition of the two groups were observed.
