     [摘要] 目的 探讨临床护理路径在高血压患者健康教育中的应用效果。 方法 将60例高血压患者随机分为实验组和对照组，每组各30例。对照组采用一般健康教育方式，实验组将临床路径引入健康教育中，根据患者的情况与医疗小组共同制订教育路径图，由管床护士从入院到出院对患者及家属有计划地进行健康教育。 结果 实验组患者的健康知识掌握率、服药依从性、护理满意度、健康教育达标率高于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 应用临床护理路径开展健康教育是一种有效的工作方法。
