[摘要] 目的 观察半夏泻心汤加减治疗慢性胆囊炎的临床效果。 方法 将262例慢性胆囊炎患者随机分为治疗组131例(脱落9例)和对照组各131例(脱落10例)。治疗组用半夏泻心汤辨证加减治疗。对照组给予常规西药治疗，两组疗程均为15 d。进行临床疗效评价。 结果 治疗组的总有效率为95.08%，高于对照组的83.47%(P<0.05)。 结论 半夏泻心汤加减治疗慢性胆囊炎，临床效果肯定，可进一步推广应用。

    [Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical effect of addition and subtraction of Pinellia heart-draining decoction treating chronic cholecystitis. Methods 262 case with chronic cholecystitis were randomly divided into the treatment group (n=131 and 9 cases dropping) and the control group (n=131 and 10 cases dropping).The treatment group was given the addition and subtraction of Pinellia heart-draining decoction while the control group was given traditional western medicine.Both groups were treated for 15 days.The curative effect was evaluated in both groups after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group (95.08%) was higher than that of the control group (83.47%) (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of addition and subtraction of Pinellia heart-draining decoction treating chronic cholecystitis.It can be further promoted and applied. ......
