[摘要] 中医药文化作为中国传统文化的瑰宝，其蕴涵的价值观念、伦理道德及人文精神彰显出中医药的独特魅力，是吸引中医药人才的重要因素，而中医药文化的传承和发展又必然离不开中医药人才的力量。从国家对中医药文化建设和传承的重视扶持以及中医药人才储备培养现状着手，探讨如何以中医药文化吸引中医药人才，以及如何以中医药人才培养推动中医药文化发展。

    [Abstract] As a treasure of Chinese traditional culture,the concept of value,ethics and humanism of Chinese medicine culture reflects the unique charm of Chinese medicine.It is an important factor in attracting talents of Chinese medicine,and the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine culture can not develop without the power of the talents of traditional Chinese medicine.The author starts from the state support for the culture of traditional Chinese,then talks about how to attract more talents of Chinese medicine to Chinese medicine culture,and how to lead professionals of Chinese medicine to develop the Chinese medicine culture. ......
