[摘要] 目的 探讨前置胎盘、胎盘植入、胎盘粘连与人工流产的关系。 方法 对在本院分娩的4 010例患者进行回顾性分析。 结果 4 010例分娩患者中，胎盘粘连、胎盘植入、前置胎盘发病率为10.3%(414/4 010)，1 628例无人工流产史者中，总发病率为3.6%，2 382例有人工流产史者总发病率为14.9%，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。随着人工流产次数的增加，胎盘粘连、胎盘植入、前置胎盘发病率呈明显上升趋势(P < 0.05)，胎盘粘连发病率最高。产后出血发生率为66.9%，胎盘植入者产后出血发生率最高。 结论 前置胎盘、胎盘植入、胎盘粘连发病率与人工流产次数成正比，均易导致产后出血。

Relation of placenta previa， placenta adhesion and placenta implantation with artificial abortion

[Abstract] Objective To explore the relation of placenta previa， placenta implantation and placenta adhesion with artificial abortion. Methods A total of 4 010 pregnant patients were analyzed retrospectively. Results The incidences of placenta adhesion， placenta implantation and placenta previa in 4 010 cases were 10.3% (414/4 010)， which in 1 628 cases without artificial abortion history was 3.6% and which in 2 382 cases with artificial abortion history was 14.9%， the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Along with the increasing of artificial abortion sessions， the incidences of placenta adhesion， placenta implantation and placenta previa significantly increased (P < 0.05). The incidence of placental adherence was highest. The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage was 66.9%， which was highest in placenta implantation patients. Conclusion The incidences of placenta adhesion， placenta implantation and placenta previa has a positive relation with artificial abortion history， which could induce the occurrence of postpartum hemorrhage ......
