网络环境下研究型医科大学教师信息素养的调查与分析(1)

     [摘要] 目的 对网络环境下研究型医科大学教师信息素养进行调查与分析,对改进教师队伍建设提供参考。 方法 采用问卷调查方法,对某研究型医科大学教师进行问卷调查。 结果 网络环境下,教师主动获取网络医学信息为62.1%;获取信息的目的主要是知识更新占69.9%,跟踪学科最新进展占63.1%,完成教学任务、科研课题占59.9%;获取信息主要途径:查询数据库占59.9%,查询Internet占59.9%,阅读图书、期刊占39.7%;教师“完全能够”构建高级检索式的人数只占14.9%,“不会”构建检索式的人数占29.8%。信息获取的主要影响因素:缺乏检索知识占46.5%,不了解数据库资源内容占33.3%,缺乏计算机网络知识占26.6%,外文水平占23.0%。教师信息需求高,信息检索和信息利用能力等方面存在明显差异,整体水平有待提高。 结论 研究型医科大学教师的信息素养存在差异,应对教师队伍进行信息素养培训并动态更新,才能保持教师队伍的素质,保证研究型医科大学教育的先进性。

    The survey and analysis of the Medical University teachers′ information literacy under the network environment

    [Abstract] Objective To survey and analyse the Medical University teachers′ information literacy under the network environment, the reference was provided on the improvement of teachers′ team quality. Methods Applied the method of questionnaire to investigate the Medical University teachers′ information literacy. Results Under the network environment, 62.1% of the teachers actively access to medical information from network. The main purpose of accessing to information were updating of knowledge accounted for 69.9%, tracking the latest advances accounted for 63.1%, and to complete the task of teaching or scientific research accounted for 59.9%. The main way were to query the database to obtain information accounted for 59.9%, to query the Internet accounted for 59.9%, and to read books or journals accounted for 39.7%. The teacher "completely can" constructing advanced retrieval type only accounted for 14.9%, " can′t" retrieval type accounted for 29.8%. The main influence factors of the acquisition of information: the lack of the retrieval of knowledge occupy 46.5%, not understanding the contents of database resources accounted for 33.3%, the lack of knowledge of computer networks accounted for 26.6%, low level of foreign language accounting for 23%. The teachers′ information demand were high. There were siginificant defferences in information retrieval, the ability to find information and utilization of information, and the levels of them need to promot. Conclusion There are siginificant defferences in information literacy. It should train the teachers on information literacy, and update it dynamicaly. Thus, we can keep the quality of the teachers and ensure the advance of education in the Medical University.

    随着医学本身的发展,以及医学与自然科学、社会科学、人文科学以及更多学科的交叉,医学教育的内涵越来越丰富。医学生除了在校的基本学习之外,解决问题能力和终身学习能力更为重要。信息素养是解决问题和终身学习能力所必须的基本素质,信息素养成为新时期医学教育中的基本要求。因此,考察医科大学医学教育教师的信息素养能否满足新的教学要求非常重要。笔者应用问卷调查对本校教师信息素养进行调查与分析,把握教师信息素养状况,对改进教师队伍、保证适应时代要求的教学质量具有重要意义。, 百拇医药(卢少平 赵品婷)
