人工流产后口服短效避孕药在降低重复流产率中的应用(1)

[摘要] 目的：探讨人工流产术后采取口服短效避孕药在降低重复流产率的临床价值。方法：将360例来本院人工流产的妇女随机分成3组，A组在人工流产术后即时放置O型节育环，B组流产术后第1天开始口服短效避孕药，C组人工流产术后嘱禁性生活1个月进行随访。最后对其阴道出血和避孕失败情况进行观察。结果：阴道出血率，正常情况下，A组IUD阴道出血率为27.15%，B组口服避孕药阴道出血率为6.67%，C组为8.33%。B、C组经统计学处理P>0.05，两者差异无统计学意义。A组与B、C两组统计学处理P<0.05，差异有统计学意义。避孕失败率，正常情况下，A组IUD避孕失败率为4.17%，B组口服避孕药失败率为0.83%，两者经统计学处理P>0.05，差异无统计学意义。A、B组两组与C组经统计学处理P<0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论：人工流产术后口服短效避孕药或宫内放置IUD，可有效地降低非意愿妊娠和重复流产率，但口服短效避孕药较宫内放置IUD阴道出血少，更有广泛的推广与临床应用价值。

Clinical observation of 120 cases with different contraceptive methods after induced abortion

[Abstract] Objective: To study the clinical value of oral short-acting contraceptive in decreasing repeated abortion rate after induced abortion. Methods: 360 cases treated with induced abortion in our hospital were randomly divided into three groups, the A group were immediately treated with O type intrauterine contraceptive devices after induced abortion，the B group were given oral short-acting contraceptive at the first day after induced abortion, the C group were told to forbid sexual life in a month with follow-up, then the vaginal bleeding and contraceptive failure were observed. Results: The IUD vaginal bleeding rate of A group was 27.15%, the vaginal bleeding rate of B group with oral short-acting contraceptive was 6.67%, C group was 8.33%, there were not significant differences between B group and A group，P>0.05, there were significant differences between A group and B group, C group, P<0.05. The IUD contraceptive failure rate of A group was 4.17%, contraceptive failure rate of B group with oral short-acting contraceptive was 0.83%, there was not significant differences between the two groups, P>0.05.
