裂隙灯图像分析系统联合荧光素钠在干眼诊断中的临床应用(1)

     [摘要] 目的:探讨使用裂隙灯图像分析系统定量分析联合荧光素的方法在眼科干眼诊断中的应用。方法:干眼患者23例(23眼)为实验组,眼部健康者29例(29眼)为对照组,分别于眼结膜囊内滴1%荧光素钠液,后应用数码照相机在裂隙灯显微镜下对检查者眼前节进行拍照,从数码图像中提取泪河图像并用裂隙灯专用图像分析软件测量其高度,分析两组间下泪河高度的差别,以及下泪河高度与泪液分泌试验的相关性。结果:对照组和实验组的平均泪河高度分别是(0.25±0.05) mm及(0.16±0.05) mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干眼组泪河高度与泪液分泌试验具有显著相关性(r=0.72,P<0.05)。结论:裂隙灯图像分析系统可用来测量泪河高度,该项新技术可被用于干眼的诊断。

    Application of slit-lamp image analysis system and fluorescein-sodium in dry eye

    [Abstract] Objective: To describe a method of quantifying the tear meniscus height (TMH) and using these values to diagnose patients with dry eye. Methods: 23 cases with dry eye (23 eyes) for the experimental group, eye health were 29 cases (29 eyes) for the control group, respectively, in the conjunctiva of the eye drops of 1% fluorescein sodium solution, after the application of digital cameras in the slit lamp microscope anterior segment of the examiner to take photographs, digital images extracted from the tear meniscus image and image analyzed software dedicated slit lamp to measure the height of the analyze of two river height difference between the tears, and tears the river height and Schirmer test the correlation. Results: The mean value of the lower tear meniscus height in control subjects and experiment group were 0.25 mm and 0.16 mm respectively. Showing significant statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05). A significant correlation was also found between the lower tear lower meniscus height and schirmer test values (r=0.72, P<0.05). Conclusion: Fluorescein-sodium photographs of the eye can be used to quantify the lower tear meniscus height. This technique can be used for the diagnosis of dry eye ......
