果糖氯化钠注射液在车祸严重多发伤救治中的临床研究

[摘要] 目的：探讨果糖氯化钠注射液在车祸多发伤救治中的临床价值。方法：选取本院2007年7月~2010年9月收治的140例车祸致多发伤患者的临床资料，随机分为果糖组(n=70例)和对照组(n=70例)，两组患者开放静脉的第一瓶液体分别使用果糖氯化钠注射液和0.9%氯化钠注射液，复苏1 h后比较两组患者在治疗前后血气分析、血液生化指标绝对值包括：血钾、血钠、血氯、血糖的变化。结果：果糖组患者与对照组患者治疗后酸中毒均有改善，两组血糖、血钾变化绝对值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，对照组患者血氯、血钠水平变化绝对值高于治疗组，两组患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：果糖氯化钠注射液可以保证多发伤患者血糖和血钾水平的稳定，在为患者提供能量的同时不升高血糖和血钾，药物安全性高，值得在临床推广。

Fructose and sodium chloride injection in treatment of severe multiple injury accident in the clinical study

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the fructose and sodium chloride injection treatment of multiple injuries in a car accident in clinical value. Methods: The hospital from July 2007 to September 2010 140 accidents were admitted with multiple injuries caused by the clinical data, then randomly divided into fructose group (n=70 cases) and control group (n=70 cases), the first two groups were open vein bottle of liquid fructose and sodium chloride injection were used and 0.9% sodium chloride injection, 1 hour after resuscitation were compared before and after treatment in patients with blood gas analysis, the absolute value of blood biochemical parameters, including: potassium, sodium, serum chloride, blood sugar changes. Results: Fructose group and control group patients after treatment of acidosis were improved in both groups blood glucose, serum potassium was no significant difference in absolute value (P>0.05), serum chloride control group, the absolute value of high serum sodium levels in the treatment group, two groups were statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion: Fructose and sodium chloride injection to ensure that patients with multiple injuries and stable blood sugar and serum potassium levels, providing energy for the patients without elevated blood glucose and serum potassium, drugs safe, and is worth to clinical practice.
