[摘要] 目的：探讨超声对冠心病缺血再灌注损伤汇中静脉分流的诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析125例冠心病并缺血再灌注损伤的静脉分流超声资料。结果：本组静脉分流的超声表现有65例为中央型静脉分流，40例为周围型静脉分流，其余20例在动脉期提前强化。结论：超声能有效提高缺血再灌注损伤中静脉分流诊断的特异度和正确率，能在缺血性治疗的预后评估中得以广泛应用。

    Analysis of ultra audible sound in coronary heart disease ischemia-reperfusion injury of venous shunt

    [Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the value of ultra audible sound in coronary heart disease ischemia-reperfusion injury of venous shunt. Methods: Retrospectivly analyzed 125 cases of coronary heart disease and ischemic reperfusion injury shunt ultra audible sound data. Results: The performance of ultra audible sound shunt had three types, 65 cases of central venous shunt, and 40 cases of peripheral venous shunt, and the remaining 20 patients with early enhancement in the arterial phase. Conclusion: Ultra audible sound can effectively improve the ischemia-reperfusion injury in the shunt specificity and diagnostic accuracy, the treatment in the prognosis of ischemic evaluation can be widely applied. ......
