白花蛇舌草对裸鼠宫颈癌细胞增殖和凋亡的实验研究(1)

     [摘要] 目的:探究白花蛇舌草对宫颈癌的抑制作用及可能的分子生物学机制。方法:建立裸鼠人宫颈癌细胞移植模型及采用胃内灌药。当肿瘤生长至直径10 mm时,将荷瘤鼠随机分组,比较给药组与对照组在抑瘤率、生存时间、HeLa细胞Ki-67抗原蛋白的表达率以及肿瘤组织凋亡上的差异。结果:白花蛇舌草对HeLa细胞移植瘤生长有明显抑制作用,并可诱导HeLa细胞凋亡,Ki-67蛋白的表达下降(P<0.05),并明显延长荷瘤小鼠的平均生存时间(P<0.05)。结论:白花蛇舌草通过直接抑瘤增殖和诱导、促进肿瘤细胞凋亡,实现了其清热解毒、软坚散结的作用。

    The study of Hedyotis diffusa for its effects on proliferation and apoptosis of the cervical tumor in nude mouse model

    [Abstract] Objective: To explore the inhibitory effect of Hedyotis diffusa on cervical cancer and its possible mechanism of molecular biology. Methods: Human cervical carcinoma xenograft in nude mouse model was established and the stomach perfusion was used for the treatment. When the tumor grew to 10 mm, the mice were randomly divided. Studies for comparison between the experimental groups and the control were done on the tumor-inhibiting rate, the survival duration, the expression of Ki-67 protein, and the apoptosis of the tumor tissue. Results: Hedyotis diffusa has an inhibitory effect on cervical cancer cells and induces apoptosis in HeLa cells. The expression of Ki-67 protein decreased(P<0.05), and the mean survival time of the mice was prolonged (P<0.05). Conclusion: Hedyotis diffusa can directly inhabit cervical tumor proliferation and induce apoptosis of the tumor. It has a positive effect for the treatment of cervical cancer.
