[摘要] 目的:观察一次性中等剂量尿激酶(UK)治疗急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)的临床效果。方法:将ACS患者48例随机分为常规治疗组(对照组)及常规治疗联合UK组(UK组),观察其疗效。结果:同对照组相比,UK组明显优于对照组,且无明显副作用,差异有统计学意义。结论:中等剂量尿激酶一次性使用治疗ACS疗效显著,适合于基层医院开展应用。

    The clinical observation of acute coronary syndrorme treated by low-dose urokinase

    [Abstract] Objective: To observe the clinical effects of low-dose urokinase(UK) in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods: 48 patients with ACS were randomly divided into routine therapeutic group and routine combined with UK group. Results: The clinical effects of UK group was significantly better than the control group, and the side reaction was slighty in both groups.
