综上所述，行为转变阶段模式能够明显改善外科手术患者的生活质量，缓解术后疼痛，促进患者康复。我们认为，行为转变阶段模式各个环节紧密相联，缺一不可，完成整个干预过程后患者症状明显改善，心理状况良好，值得临床推广。
