[摘要] 目的 探讨心理护理对妇产科腹腔镜手术患者围麻醉期的应用效果。 方法 选取来我院进行治疗的121例妇产科患者，其均需行腹腔镜手术，所有患者随机分为对照组61例，在围麻醉期给予常规的护理，观察组60例，除了给予和对照组相同的常规护理外给予心理护理，对两组患者的镇静效果、心理反应、临床体征及SAS评分进行比较评价其心理护理的效果。 结果 与对照组比较，观察组的焦虑患者例数明显较少(P < 0.05)；与入院后比较，观察组术前及术后1 d其SAS评分明显降低(P < 0.05)；与对照组比较，观察组在术前、手术开始、术后60 min及手术结束的镇静深度评分明显较低(P <0.05)；入室5 min后两组间的收缩压及心率的差异具有显著性(P <0.05)。 结论 与妇产科腹腔镜手术患者在围麻醉期给予常规护理的效果比较，给予心理护理后能够使患者的抑郁、焦虑情绪得到显著的缓解，手术的麻醉镇静效果增强。

Application of psychological care on undergoing laparoscopic surgery patients in obstetrics and gynecology in perianesthesia

[Abstract] Objective To give psychological care to patients of obstetrics and gynecology with laparoscopic surgery and give their effectiveness assessment. Methods There were 121 cases of obstetrics and gynecology patients who were selected in our hospital， they were required to laparoscopic surgery and were randomly divided into control group， 61 cases in this group， they were given routine care，there were 60 cases in observation group， they were given Psychological Nursing care on the bases of routine care which the same as control group.
