[摘要] 目的 探讨P27在乳腺癌及正常乳腺组织中的表达变化与临床病理意义。 方法 应用免疫组织化学方法，分别检测71例乳腺癌及32例正常乳腺组织P27的表达情况，并分析它与相关临床病理参数的关系。 结果 在乳腺癌中P27的阳性表达率28.2%(20/71)，正常乳腺组织中P27的阳性表达率84.4%(27/32)，差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)；同时P27阳性表达率与乳腺癌的分化程度及有无淋巴结转移密切相关(P < 0.05)。 结论 P27蛋白的低表达可增加肿瘤细胞增殖活性，促进肿瘤的发生；同时过度增殖活跃的肿瘤细胞也是乳腺癌淋巴结转移的因素之一。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of P27 in breast cancer tissue and normal breast tissue. Methods The expression of P27 was detected in 71 patients with breast cancer，32 patients with normal breast tissue by the immunohistochemical staining. Results The expression rate of P27 staining in breast cancer was 28.2%(20/71)，being significantly lower than that of in normal breast tissue 84.4%(27/32)(P < 0.05). Furthermore，the positive expression of P27 was associated with high grading and lymphytic metastasis(P < 0.05). Conclusion The abnormal expression of P27 may associate with the occur of tumor，and associate with lymphytic metastasis.

乳腺癌是来自乳腺终末导管小叶单位上皮的恶性肿瘤。发病率在过去50年中呈缓慢上升趋势，有些城市报道乳腺癌占女性恶性肿瘤之首位[1]。多基因参与乳腺癌的发生、发展的过程，包括抑癌基因的失活和癌基因的激活。P27作为细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶抑制因子(CDKI)参与细胞周期调控，主要作用于细胞周期G1/S期限制点，使细胞停滞在G1期，在细胞增殖周期中起负调节功能[2]。本实验研究目的在于探讨P27在乳腺癌、乳腺正常组织中的表达与临床病理之间的关系，现报道如下。
1 材料与方法
1.1 标本来源
收集本院1998年1月～2012年5月乳腺癌标本71例，选取乳腺正常组织标本32例作对照，选取的所有标本均经常规病理证实。所选取71例乳腺癌标本，患者年龄26～80岁，平均51岁；71例乳腺癌中高级别52例 ......
