[摘要] 目的 探讨重组人干扰素α—2b凝胶联合微波治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效。 方法 120例慢性宫颈炎患者随机分为观察组(重组人干扰素α—2b凝胶联合微波治疗)和对照组(微波治疗)各60例，比较两组治疗1个疗程后的疗效及随访3个月后的复发率。 结果 观察组痊愈率60.0%，总有效率90.0%；对照组分别为38.3%、70.0%，两组的痊愈率及总有效率分别比较，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。随访3个月，对照组复发5例，观察组复发1例，两组复发率比较，差异有统计学意义。 结论 重组人干扰素α—2b凝胶联合微波治疗慢性宫颈炎疗效确切，并发症少，复发率低，值得推广和应用。

Effect of recombinant human interferon α—2b gel combined with microwave in treatment of chronic cervicitis

[Abstract] Objective To explore the efficacy of recombinant human interferon α—2b gel combined with microwave treatment of chronic cervicitis. Methods A total of 120 cases chronic cervicitis were randomly divided into two groups (recombinant human interferon α—2b gel combined with microwave treatment) and control group (microwave treatment) ，each group 60 cases. Results The cure rate was 60.0% in the observation group， the total efficiency was 90.0% in the observation group. The control group was 38.3%， 70.0%， the two groups in cure rate and the total effective rate were compared， the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). 3 months followed—up， the control group had five cases of recurrence， the recurrence of the observation group was 1 cases， two groups of relapse rate， significant difference. Conclusion The recombinant human interferon α—2b gel combined with microwave treatment of chronic cervicitis efficacy， fewer complications， recurrence rate， worthy of promotion and application.
