口腔复合树脂表面分析方法的比较(1)

[摘要]目的 比较四种测试方法对两种纳米复合树脂抛光表面的测试结果。方法 两种纳米复合树脂Z350及Majesty在Sof-lex抛光盘抛光后依次由光泽度仪,原子力显微镜,机械表面粗糙度仪,扫描电镜检测,比较不同测试方法的特点。结果Z350表面粗糙度Ra值低,抛光表面平滑均一,光泽度仪,机械表面粗糙度仪能反映抛光表面的平均性质,扫描电镜实现表面观测从宏观至微观过度,原子力显微镜可以精确测量复合树脂表面微结构。结论 采取多种测试方法综合测试,可将复合树脂材料性质与抛光效果关系完整而充分的表达出来。
