[摘要] 目的 通过对我院近4年救治的85例严重多发伤患者进行分析,探讨完善多发伤的救治对策。方法 通过查阅现场记录和病历资料的方法收集研究资料。结果 抢救成功组受伤至呼救时间、急诊处置时间明显短于死亡组。结论 院前、院内急救一体化在多发伤救治中有重要作用,提高院前急救能力,尽量缩短伤后呼救时间和急诊处置时间,可明显提高多发伤患者抢救成功率。
