子宫内膜癌组织中骨桥蛋白的表达及意义

[摘要] 目的 检测子宫内膜癌组织中骨桥蛋白(OPN)的表达,探讨其与子宫内膜癌发生、发展及临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组化法对68例手术切除的子宫内膜癌患者存档石蜡标本进行OPN检测,分析其表达水平。结果 子宫内膜癌组织中OPN表达与患者细胞分化程度、临床分期及淋巴结转移有密切关系(P<0.05)。结论OPN的表达随肿瘤恶性程度的增高而增强,可能成为判断子宫内膜癌预后的指标。
