[摘要] 目的 探讨在输尿管镜取石术中应用侧卧位的效果。方法 回顾性分析120例输尿管上段结石患者的临床资料。结果 本组患者的手术效果均较满意,116例患者碎石成功,总碎石率为96.7%;手术用时为25~55min,平均32min;住院时间为5~7d,平均住院天数为6d。结论 在输尿管镜取石术治疗输尿管上段结石时采用侧卧体位,安全有效,提高了碎石的成功率,是输尿管镜取石术治疗输尿管上段结石的理想体位。

    [Abstract] ObjectiveTo evaluate the application of mini-PCNL effect of lateral position. MethodsRetrospective analysis of 120 cases of upper ureteral calculi in patients with clinical data. ResultsSurgical effect of this group of patients than those satisfied with the success of gravel 116 patients,with a total rate of 96.7% gravel,surgical,when the 25-55m,an average of 32 m,length of stay is 5～7 days,average length of stay was 6 days days. ConclusionIt was safe,effective,and improve the success rate of gravel that used lateral position in the mini-PCNL treatment of upper ureteral calculi,and it was the ideal position. ......
