妊娠期急性胰腺炎的治疗探讨
【摘要】目的回顾分析我院妊娠期急性胰腺炎的临床资料,以期提高临床治疗效果。方法对我院普通外科2004年5月到2009年5月住院治疗的妊娠期急性胰腺炎患者52例资料进行分析。结果非手术治愈38例,手术干预14例;终止妊娠10例,2例死亡,2例胎儿死亡,12例治愈。结论妊娠期急性胰腺炎可采取非手术治疗和手术治疗,综合治疗效果好,必要时手术干预。【关键词】

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo retrospective the clinical data of the acute pancreatitis in pregnancy,for improvingeffect of the clinical therapy.MethodsAnalysis 52cases Clinical data of the acute pancreatitis in pregnancy from May 2004 to May 2009.Results38cases received conservative treatment and 14 cases received surgery,10 cases terminate pregnancy,2 cases were died and 2 fetal were died and 12 cases recovered.ConclusionThe acute pancreatitis in pregnancy can be received conservation and surgery treatmant,the effect of conservationg treatment can cure the disease,but it is necessary choice better time to intervent by surgery. ......
