中药联合多西他赛治疗70岁以上老年晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效观察(1)
【摘要】目的观察中药联合多西他赛治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效、毒副反应。方法42例给予中药及多西他赛治疗,35例给予多西他赛及顺铂治疗。观察有效率、中位生存期、毒副反应、生活质量。结果治疗组与对照组有效率相似,中位生存期延长、毒副反应减少、生活质量改善。结论中药联合多西他赛治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌有效,毒副作用明显减少,提高生活质量。【关键词】老年晚期非小细胞肺癌;中西医结合治疗;中药;多西他赛;顺铂
Clinical Observation of Chinese Medicine and Docetaxel in Ttreating Senile Terminal Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo observe the Clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine and Docetaxel in the treatment of senile terminal non-small cell lung cancer.Methods42 subjects were treated by above therapy for.35subjects were treated by Docetaxel and Cisplatin.The size of tumor、median survival time、adverse effect and living quality were observed.ResultsAfter treatment,the effectiverate oftreatmentgroup was similar withthe comtrol group.Median survival time andliving quality were improved.Adverse effects were fewer.ConclusionThis therapy is effective for senile terminal non-small cell lung cancer.,with fewer adwerse effect and improve living quality. ......
